At Gifting Plans, we ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process to deliver corporate gifting solutions on time and in excellent condition. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clarity on delivery timelines, logistics, and responsibilities.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping and delivery services across India through trusted logistics and courier partners. For large-scale or multi-location corporate deliveries, shipments are planned as per agreed schedules and locations.
2. Order Processing Time
Shipping timelines begin only after final order confirmation, receipt of advance payment (if applicable), and approval of all designs, branding, and specifications. Processing time may vary depending on product type, quantity, and level of customization.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are indicative and shared during order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet committed timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
4. Customized and Bulk Orders
Customized, personalized, and bulk orders require additional production time. Shipping schedules for such orders are finalized based on production completion and logistics availability.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping and logistics charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements. Any additional or special delivery requests may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the logistics partner, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the shipping provider. Gifting Plans is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
In case of damaged, lost, or missing items during transit, clients must notify Gifting Plans in writing within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, along with supporting images or details, to enable investigation and resolution.
8. Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Gifting Plans shall not be liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Split and Multi-Location Deliveries
For orders requiring delivery to multiple locations, shipments may be split as per logistics feasibility. Delivery timelines may vary across locations.
10. Policy Updates
Gifting Plans reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
