1. Customized and Personalized Products

Most products supplied by Gifting Plans are customized or personalized according to client-approved designs, branding guidelines, quantities, and specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of such products, customized and personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has commenced.

2. Order Confirmation and Accuracy

Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all design proofs, product specifications, quantities, branding placements, and order details before providing final confirmation. Gifting Plans shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes requested after written approval has been provided by the client.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that products are delivered in a damaged or defective condition, clients must notify Gifting Plans in writing within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of goods. The notification must be accompanied by clear photographs or supporting evidence to enable proper verification and assessment of the claim.

4. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Returns or replacements may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damages incurred during transit. To be eligible, the products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition along with original packaging, where applicable. Approval of such requests is subject to internal quality checks and verification.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Gifting Plans, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Any approved refund shall be limited strictly to the value of the affected products and shall not include logistics, handling, or any additional service charges unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, especially for customized or personalized products, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests, if made before production begins, may be considered at the sole discretion of Gifting Plans and are subject to written approval. Any costs already incurred may be deducted accordingly.
