Cancellation Policy

At Gifting Plans, we understand that business requirements may change. However, due to the customized, bulk, and time-bound nature of corporate gifting solutions, cancellations are governed by the following terms.

1. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Once an order is confirmed in writing by the client and accepted by Gifting Plans, it is treated as a binding agreement. Order confirmation initiates procurement, vendor allocation, design finalization, and production planning.

2. Customized and Personalized Orders

Orders involving customization, branding, personalization, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production, printing, engraving, or packaging has commenced. Such orders are planned specifically for the client and cannot be reused.

3. Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official communication channels. Verbal requests will not be considered valid. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation Before Production Begins

Cancellation requests received before the start of production may be considered at the sole discretion of Gifting Plans. Approval is subject to internal review and vendor commitments already made.

5. Charges and Deductions

If a cancellation is approved, any costs already incurred—including but not limited to design work, sampling, procurement, customization setup, and administrative expenses—will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.

6. Bulk and Event-Based Orders

Bulk orders and orders placed for specific events, campaigns, or delivery timelines are generally non-cancellable due to advance production planning and supplier commitments.

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the approved amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will exclude logistics, handling, or third-party charges unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Policy Revisions

Gifting Plans reserves the right to revise or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
